شرکت فولاد کاوه جنوب کیش در نظر دارد مقدار ۱۵،۰۰۰ تن محصول شمش فولادی خود را با مشخصات فنی پیوست، از طریق برگزاری مزایده بین‌المللی به شماره BA140502 به فروش برساند. لذا از کلیه شرکت‌های فعال در زمینه صادرات این محصول دعوت می‌شود درخواست رسمی خرید و پیشنهادهای خود را در قالب سه پاکت مجزا (الف، ب و ج) که همگی در یک پاکت اصلی و سربسته قرار گرفته‌اند، حداکثر تا ساعت ۱۴:۰۰ روز یکشنبه مورخ 17 خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۵ به دفتر مدیریت حراست شرکت فولاد کاوه جنوب کیش تحویل نمایند.
نشانی محل تحویل: تهران، میدان آرژانتین، خیابان بخارست (احمد قصیر)، کوچه هشتم، پلاک ۳۰، طبقه سوم.
شرایط و محتویات پاکات:
• پاکت الف (تضمین شرکت در مزایده): شامل یک فقره چک شرکتی صیادی (بنفش) به مبلغ ۵۰۰،۰۰۰،۰۰۰،۰۰۰ ریال، با تاریخ سررسید 17 تیر ماه ۱۴۰۵. چک مذکور باید در وجه «شرکت فولاد کاوه جنوب کیش» صادر و حتماً در سامانه صیاد ثبت شده باشد.
نکته مهم: از درج عبارت «بابت ضمانت» یا هرگونه قید و شرط دیگری در متن چک یا در سامانه صیاد اکیداً خودداری شود.
• پاکت ب (اسناد و مدارک حقوقی): رونوشت اسناد ثبتی شرکت (Trade License) و رزومه فعالیت‌های مرتبط.
در صورت داشتن نماینده در ایران، معرفی‌نامه رسمی نماینده در سربرگ شرکت که به مهر و امضای مجاز رسیده باشد، الزامی است.
نسخه درفت (پیش‌نویس) قرارداد شرکت فولاد کاوه جنوب کیش که تمام صفحات آن به نشانه پذیرش کامل مفاد، مهر و امضا شده باشد.
• پاکت ج (پیشنهاد قیمت): صرفاً حاوی «فرم تندر» (Tender Form) تکمیل شده که قیمت پیشنهادی به ازای هر واحد و مبلغ کل در آن درج شده و به امضای صاحبان امضای مجاز و مهر شرکت رسیده است. درج عبارت «پیشنهاد قیمت» روی این پاکت الزامی است.
نکات حائز اهمیت:
۱. حداقل قیمت قابل قبول برای این مزایده، مبلغ ۴۰۰ دلار آمریکا به ازای هر تن تعیین شده است.
۲. بازگشایی پاکت «ج» (قیمت) منوط به تأیید مدارک و شرایط در پاکات «الف» و «ب» می‌باشد. در صورت عدم تأیید هر یک از این دو پاکت، پاکت ج بازگشایی نخواهد شد.

INTERNATIONAL AUCTION SKSCO/ BA140502

South Kaveh Steel Company (SKSCO.) intends to sell 15,000 MT of its steel billet products, based on the attached technical specifications, through an international auction (Reference No. BA140502). All companies active in the field of steel export are hereby invited to submit their official purchase requests and proposals. Submissions must be organized into three separate envelopes (A, B, and C), all enclosed within a single sealed master envelope.
Submission Deadline: No later than 14:00 on Sunday, June 7, 2026 (17 Khordad 1405).
Submission Address: 3rd Floor , No.30, 8th St., Ahmad Qasir (Bokharest) St., Tehran, Iran, Security Management Office.
Envelope Contents and Requirements:
• Envelope A (Bid Bond / Participation Guarantee):
Contains a corporate “Sayyad” Cheque (Purple) amounting to 500,000,000,000 IRR, with a maturity date of July 8, 2026 (17 Tir 1405). The cheque must be issued South Kaveh Steel Company (SKSCO.) and must be registered in the Sayyad System.
Note: Strictly avoid mentioning “For Guarantee” or any other conditions in the text of the cheque or within the Sayyad system.
• Envelope B (Legal and Technical Documents):
Copies of company registration documents (Trade License) and a corporate profile (Resume) of relevant activities.
If the company has a representative in Iran, an Official Letter of Introduction on the company’s letterhead, bearing authorized signatures and the corporate seal, is mandatory.
A signed and stamped Draft Contract provided by SKSCO. (Every page must be initialed/stamped as a sign of full acceptance of all terms and conditions).
• Envelope C (Price Proposal):
Must solely contain the completed “Tender Form,” including the proposed unit price and total amount, signed by authorized signatories and stamped with the corporate seal. The phrase “Price Proposal” must be clearly written on this envelope.
Important Notes:
The Base Price for this auction is set at 400 USD per MT.
The opening of Envelope C (Price) is contingent upon the verification and approval of the documents and conditions in Envelopes A and B. Should either of these envelopes fail to meet the requirements, Envelope C will remain unopened.
